Our holiday home is impressively well-kept, sprawling a 2,700 square foot of living space and a inground pool perfect for summer getaways. Our two-story home has an abundance of natural light and a layout designed for easy living and entertaining. Unwind in our generously proportioned living room. Relax on our large, elegant leather sofa while you watch your favorite shows on our 75-inch flat-screen TV. Prepare your meals in our fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay. You will find quality appliances that include a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven. The kitchen flows through the dining area with a dining table that sits 6 guests. Upstairs, you will find four beautiful bedrooms and the second-floor lounge. The first bedroom is a spacious master suite with a queen bed next to a large window overlooking the front yard. The room is complete with a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a connecting bathroom with dual sinks and a circular soaking bathtub next to a shower enclosure. The next two bedrooms comfortably accommodate 2 queen-size beds each with its own dressers and ceiling fans. The 4th room also has a cozy queen-sized bed. Lastly, we've placed 2 sofa beds in the upstairs game room giving guests extra sleeping comfort. The second bathroom similarly has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are well-stocked with carefully selected shampoos, conditioners, and other quality bath products. Take a dip in the pool and relax. The expansive sun-filled backyard is ideal for outdoor entertaining all year round. It's an entertainer’s delight with a large deck and fenced-in yard. There are patio chairs, a sun umbrella, and a large table next to the pool as well. With its warm sense of community and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, this home has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable, and easy-care vacation. - Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. A Noise Aware device has been installed so we can respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Guests in violation of the house rules will forfeit all payments/deposits and will be subject to immediate eviction from the property. - Guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out. - Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We understand that travel itineraries may not always match up with check-in and check-out times.
